Exporting Forklifts: From Inquiry to Container Loading
The usual steps when importing forklifts: requirements, quotation, order, preparation, inspection and shipment. Actual terms follow the confirmed order.
1. Confirm requirements
Tell us the equipment type, capacity, lift height, application and destination country, and we will help check the model and configuration.
2. Quotation and order
We quote according to the configuration. Payment, lead time and trade terms follow the order confirmed by both sides.
3. Preparation, inspection and shipment
After the order is confirmed, goods are prepared; configuration and appearance are checked before dispatch and goods are shipped as agreed. Loading quantity and packing vary by model, so please confirm them when you inquire.
4. After arrival
Contact us if you need documents or help after delivery. On-site installation, inspection or repair must be arranged by the customer through local qualified personnel.
