Electric Forklift Daily Checks and Safe Use

Before the shift

• Visual check of forks, mast, chains and tyres for damage or leaks.
• Instrument panel: battery level and warning lights.
• Brakes, steering, horn and lights.
• Secure fork and attachment connections.

During operation

Do not exceed rated capacity, keep forks low when travelling with a load, slow down at turns and on ramps, and never lift or tilt a load while moving.

If something is wrong

Stop using the truck if brakes, steering, mast or battery behave abnormally and have it checked by a qualified person. For assistance, send the model, nameplate, a description of the problem and photos or video recorded safely; we will help assess it and involve our technical staff. On-site inspection and repair must be arranged by the customer through local qualified personnel.
