For the power system, it is equipped with a 0.75kw drive motor and 2.2kw high-power lifting motor, paired with a 24V/80ah large-capacity battery. The power output is strong and long-lasting. The driving speed reaches 4km/h under load and 5.6km/h unloaded. The lifting and lowering actions are precise and efficient, with a full-load lifting speed of 0.08m/s and no-load speed of 0.1m/s. It significantly shortens the loading and unloading time of goods, adapting to the high-frequency and fast-paced operation rhythm of warehouses.

Meanwhile, the lowered height is only 90mm, enabling the equipment to easily enter low spaces and under pallets for operation. The whole vehicle adopts a PU wheel configuration. Compared with ordinary nylon wheels, it has stronger wear resistance and impact resistance, with low rolling resistance and low driving noise. The rear wheel size of 8070mm is paired with the large front wheel size of 25080mm. Combined with the stable structure of 1555mm wheel tread and 886mm front wheel tread, the driving is stable and non-deviating, with safer load-bearing. The 1370mm turning radius design allows the equipment to flexibly steer in narrow passages and compact shelf layouts, enabling free shuttling and maximizing operational flexibility.

The maximum gradeability reaches 3/7% (loaded/unloaded), easily overcoming slight ramp obstacles and slope obstacles in the warehouse. For safety, it is equipped with an electromagnetic braking system with sensitive braking response. It automatically parks as soon as the handle is released, effectively eliminating the risk of sliding, ensuring the safety of operators, goods, and equipment. Especially suitable for ramp operation scenarios, it greatly improves operational safety.
